Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and proactive Senior Tax Accountant to enhance our finance team. The successful candidate will be integral in overseeing the financial operations of the firm, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering precise financial reports and analyses. Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Tax Accountant, your duties will include:
  • Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting in tax audits and payroll processing.
  • Developing budgeting reports and forecasting financial performance.
  • Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitoring the performance of the accounting team.
  • Organizing financial data into actionable insights and maintaining accurate records.
  • Tracking the achievement of financial and accounting goals.
  • Establishing and enforcing sound accounting practices and principles.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Mandatory Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within the finance sector.
