We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable RF Microwave Manager to lead our team in the design, development, and implementation of RF microwave systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, research, and design of RF microwave systems and components for applications from 1 MHz to 20+ GHz.
  • Perform original RF circuit design and analysis, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Plan and execute tests to validate device performance, and evaluate results to inform design improvements.
  • Provide technical assistance in the preparation of spare parts lists, special tools, test equipment, and other engineering data.
  • Specify the procurement of specialized components and test equipment to support project requirements.
Technical Expertise:
  • Ability to use high-frequency electronic instruments, such as oscillators, audio oscillators, standing wave amplifiers, multi-meters, phase-sensitive demodulators, volt-ohm meters, logic and network analyzers, AF and RF signal generators, and wave meters.
  • Strong understanding of RF theory, including S-parameters, noise figure, gain, 1dB compression, harmonics, and inter-modulation distortion measurement.
  • Experience with Design/Simulation software and the ability to create link budgets, calculate noise figures, analyze/test phase noise, and calculate inter-modulation products.
  • Ability to measure and calculate insertion loss and VSWR of a microwave device.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training combination of education and experience.
