Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions. This position serves as a vital link between the sales team and our valued customers.

Working Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer questions and processing orders efficiently using the AS400 system.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients through exceptional service.
  • Acting as a liaison between customer service and other departments, including National Accounts and Sales Representatives, to provide accurate product pricing and research.
  • Expediting orders as necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in a Windows environment, including experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with the IBM AS400 operating system is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
