Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Valencia Hotel Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
  • Promote and upsell liquor and food items to increase revenue
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, as well as proper glassware and garnishes
  • Follow guidelines for age identification and responsible serving practices
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including proper discounting, Micros system, and tip policies
Requirements
  • Hotel operations or customer service experience preferred
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Composure and patience under pressure
  • Proficiency in working with multiple computer programs
