Job Summary:

Tatsu-Ya is seeking a skilled Tiki Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to meet the diverse tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks with a smile.
  • Assess customer needs and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Mix and prepare cocktails with precision and flair, using a variety of ingredients and techniques.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure that all patrons meet the legal drinking age requirements.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender to demonstrate your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to impress our customers.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean to maintain a high level of service.
  • Food Handlers and TABC certificates to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
