**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team at Pinballz. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert mixology and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assess customer preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Mix and serve cocktails with precision and flair.
  • Plan and present our bar menu to ensure it meets customer expectations.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including health and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, including techniques for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • TABC certification is a must.
