Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipment Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system based on defined metrics.
  • Tracking and Tracing: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Communication: Provide proactive and clear communication to internal and external customers regarding shipment status and any concerns.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance to company policies and external regulations, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Professional Representation: Professionally represent Expeditors to our customers, service providers, and government agencies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually identify areas to improve efficiency and suggest process improvements.
  • Adaptability: Embrace and adopt technology to optimize their ability to complete their work.
  • Training and Development: Achieve a standard of 52 hours of training per year, including all mandatory trainings.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Drive and develop customer relationships to exceed their expectations.
