Compensation: $40 - $50/hour W2, based on experience
Contract Duration: 6+ months


Role Summary:
As a key member of the Media Engineering Operations NY Support Team, you will engage in delivering exceptional 24/7 remote assistance, addressing and managing various technological challenges that arise.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and respond to support tickets in the team incident queue.
2. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams during significant incidents.
3. Monitor and acknowledge active infrastructure alerts, assessing their severity and implementing resolutions.
4. Coordinate maintenance windows with stakeholders and technical teams for regular sustainment tasks.


Daily Operations:
Your daily tasks will include prioritizing, resolving, escalating, and scheduling all incoming internal technology support requests. You will work closely with cross-functional technology and operational teams to ensure that requests are routed and resolved with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Expectations:
It is essential to set clear expectations with ticket requesters and ensure that all ticket information is accurately logged.
