Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of education programs, focusing on literacy and mathematics education.
  • Develop high-quality teaching materials and training modules, aligned with global education standards.
  • Liaise with partner organizations, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with technical proposals and client support, providing expertise in education program design.
  • Contribute to project reporting and quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of program delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in educational software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
  • Experience in curriculum development and teacher education, with a focus on literacy and mathematics education.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in education program design, implementation, and management.
  • Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a strong understanding of local education contexts and challenges.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $88,000 (US Based)
