Position Overview
As a vital part of our logistics team, you will oversee the shipment and receipt of equipment and components, ensuring smooth operations for various departments including Warranty, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Engineering, Marketing, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses the following duties, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies:

• Ensure all shipments are properly packed and loaded.
• Label incoming equipment and allocate to designated areas.
• Coordinate the shipping of machinery for business operations, collaborating with external shipping providers as necessary.
• Organize equipment staging for events and manage logistics for multiple transport vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for daily operations.
• Deliver received items to appropriate locations and inform relevant team members.
• Complete customs documentation for international shipments as required.
• Inspect incoming goods for any damage and report findings to the shipping provider.
• Secure the shipping area and ensure the safety of shipped items at the end of each workday.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Be prepared to work overtime and travel as required to support business needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Competence in using computers for data entry and information retrieval.
• Familiarity with web-based shipping platforms.
• Knowledge and skills to safely operate and instruct others on equipment used in shipping.
• Forklift operator certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Equipment Utilization:
• Operate various equipment including computers, electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
• Handle loading and unloading of trucks and operate Kubota machinery.
• Utilize office equipment such as copiers, faxes, phones, and printers.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes both warehouse and office settings, requiring walking, standing, and sitting at a computer.
