Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Specialist to join our team at ECHN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our patients' physical therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients based on departmental standards and conduct thorough assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs to improve patients' functional abilities and alleviate pain.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with insurance guidelines and departmental policies.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advance treatment techniques.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S. degree.
- Current licensure in Physical Therapy in Connecticut.
- Advanced specialty practice in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor diagnoses for women and men.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs.
