We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Spherion. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
- Perform quality checks to identify and rectify defects in products.
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
