Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cleaner to join our team at Affinity at Olympia. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community spaces.

• Maintain a clean and organized environment in all community spaces, including offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Use the apartment cleaning checklist to clean vacant apartment homes after each move-out.
• Clean and organize the pool house, including straightening chairs on the pool deck, cleaning public bathrooms, and vacuuming and dusting amenity spaces.
• Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas, and empty public trash cans.
• Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is a plus.
• Computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate web-based trainings.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
