We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the design and development of our enterprise SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work and contribute to the creation of exceptional products. Collaboration with the product team will be essential to ensure that design and development proceed concurrently, enabling swift progress. This role will be instrumental in shaping strategies for new product initiatives while leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance across all facets of backend and frontend development.
  • Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and direct technical solutions.
  • Implement design patterns and advocate for Test-Driven Development methodologies.
  • Evaluate code for performance enhancements, redundancy reduction, and scalability improvements.
  • Conduct system performance assessments and troubleshoot any arising issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Backend development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Frontend development.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within software development.
  • Proficient in crafting reusable and efficient code.
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as Java and Spring.
  • Familiarity with various data storage solutions including MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience in code restructuring and refactoring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 9 years of overall development experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
