  • Plan merchandise placement based on modular requirements.
  • Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.
Project Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of project plans, identifying requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Direct associates in the execution of project plans, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with facility management to establish phasing plans that minimize the impact to operations.
  • Maintain, communicate, and adjust timelines, and work with contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing the economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs, creating a sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedule for the execution of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure plan schedules and adjustments to schedules are communicated and impacts are clearly explained.
Leadership and Development:
  • Direct associates, including third-party supervisors, on process and procedures for project execution.
  • Identify and ensure associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Implement related action plans, utilize and support the Open Door Policy, and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
