Weston & Sampson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. As a key member of our Energy Practice, you will be responsible for managing site civil, land development, stormwater, and utility designs, as well as preparing and submitting permit applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality engineering and design work
  • Prepare and submit permit applications to support project development
  • Conduct presentations at public hearings to support permit applications
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage project financial performance and prepare proposals for new projects
Requirements:
  • BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) required; MS preferred
  • PE certification preferred
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Hydro CAD and other stormwater modeling software
  • Strong skill set in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational/time management skills required
  • Valid driver's license required
