The Job

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist Intern to join our team at Katapult Network. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in talent management and recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Networking: Build relationships with entry-level candidates through college recruiting activities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct detailed reference checks on selected candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the recruiting pipeline and Talent Block.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the account management team to identify candidate targets.
  • Resume Review: Review resumes for relevant skills, experience, and knowledge.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Utilize an automated applicant tracking system to support the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Progress: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour.
