Key Responsibilities- Assist in Patient Care: Provide a wide range of patient care activities, including impressions, applying topical agents, and removing post-extractions and periodontal dressings and sutures.
- Operate X-ray Equipment: Safely and effectively operate x-ray equipment to make complete and/or selective oral radiographic services.
- Coordinate Patient Flow: Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of patients from reception to operatories, coordinating activities and resources to meet patient needs.
- Education and Certification: High school graduate or equivalent with post-high school vocational/specialized training, certification of completion of Registered Dental Assistant Exam, and Coronal Polishing Certificate.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum two years' experience working as a registered dental assistant in a high-volume dental practice, with operational experience with x-ray machines, sterilizing equipment, ultrasonic equipment, laboratory equipment, and other dental practice-related equipment.
- Language and Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Competitive Compensation: $22-$26/hour.
