We are currently seeking a Sales / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience, ideally within the construction sector. If you are a driven, hardworking, and goal-oriented individual with strong community connections, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop a list of potential clients and pursue new opportunities through market research.
  • Assess subcontractors for project work and identify new partners.
  • Review initial requests for proposals.
  • Prepare and draft design/build proposals for clients, including scope of work for subcontractors.
  • Manage and process change orders as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate the distribution of plans and documents to subcontractors for pricing and follow up on proposal clarifications.
  • Compile pricing from primary subcontractors such as HVAC, Electrical, and Excavating.
  • Participate in internal meetings related to job flow, pre-construction, and project completion.
  • Oversee the project from lead generation through to the completion of the construction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and/or sales.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
