Position Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to provide essential support to our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program. This role will focus on overseeing deployment activities for both military and civilian personnel within the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
The Unit Deployment Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and managing all deployment activities for ACC A2 personnel.
  • Ensuring personnel are qualified and prepared to meet AFFORGEN requirements.
  • Configuring and maintaining Unit Type Codes (UTCs) as designated by Functional Area Managers.
  • Notifying relevant authorities for remedial actions when UTCs cannot be supported.
  • Coordinating personnel deployment and redeployment processing to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintaining communication support throughout the deployment period.
  • Conducting UTC development and management activities.
  • Ensuring deployment equipment and supplies are always ready for use.
  • Coordinating movement requirements with appropriate management for scheduled deployments.
  • Performing analysis and establishing metrics to assess deployment efficiency and compliance.
  • Providing technical guidance to senior leadership regarding deployment programs.
  • Tracking and scheduling unit deployment training to ensure readiness.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Working with assigned divisions to manage personnel data and readiness.
  • Monitoring daily deployment tracking and ensuring smooth processing.
  • Coordinating the purchase of deployment gear with resource advisors.
  • Providing updates on deployment actions and personnel readiness.
  • Scheduling and tracking various training programs relevant to deployment.
  • Maintaining readiness folders and ensuring compliance with deployment plans.
  • Uploading personnel information into medical systems as required.
  • Tracking and reporting on recall response status to leadership.
  • Supporting redeployed personnel during their reintegration process.
  • Counseling family members of deployed personnel on available support programs.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
  • A minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience, along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:
The role may require:

  • Being stationary for a significant portion of the time.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs as necessary.
  • Moving equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Potential travel requirements as needed.
