We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and admit patients, providing individualized care to meet their unique needs
  • Round on patients, monitoring their condition and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
