Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads to drive our sales pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in lead generation, SEO, SEM, and campaign management. You will collaborate closely with department leaders in Product, Customer Success, and Sales to develop and execute strategies that attract and capture leads through various channels.
You will optimize search engine presence, plan and execute marketing campaigns, create compelling content, conduct A/B testing, implement lead nurturing programs, and track and analyze campaign performance.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to attract and capture leads through email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and events
- Optimize search engine presence to drive traffic and generate leads
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
- Create compelling content and campaigns to drive engagement and capture lead information
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
- Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
- Create gated content (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks) to capture lead information
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM optimization
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
