The role of the Mechatronics Technology instructor encompasses the preparation and delivery of lectures and laboratory course content, the development of lesson plans, the evaluation of student performance, and the maintenance of essential documentation. Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, coupled with 3 to 5 years of teaching experience, or 1 to 3 years of teaching in Mechatronics Technology at a technical college. Experience in Industrial Mechanics and Fluid Power Systems is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, along with experience in postsecondary education. Familiarity with various Mechatronics courses and training equipment is highly desirable.
