Patient Account Coordinator

As a Patient Account Representative with Advantage Behavioral Health Network, you will play a critical role in handling patient billing and balance inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and sufficient payments
- Prepare and disburse patient financial statements
- Review past-due accounts and track payment progress
- Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through patient communication and negotiation
- Update patient account information to ensure accuracy
- Document patient interactions in patient charts
- Identify and issue patient credits as needed

Requirements:
