Job Overview

Role Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing the implementation of Live Plant merchandising services and driving sales initiatives. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with store staff and merchandising teams, ensuring optimal presentation of live goods, and providing guidance and support to team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective partnerships through clear communication
  • Educating store management and colleagues on plant care and maintenance best practices
  • Reducing markdowns and losses by supporting the CVP process
  • Traveling within the assigned area to guarantee proper store setups
  • Maintaining daily communication with management and addressing requests
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Overseeing inventory levels and the upkeep of live goods
  • Performing additional assigned tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications
  • Must possess a smartphone and have regular access to a computer with internet
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job and working in various weather conditions
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to implement store layout and signage guidelines
  • Self-driven, diligent, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, and plant care
  • 6 months of experience in product merchandising
  • Basic knowledge of tools required for the role
