Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate and individualized care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document medical justification and effectiveness.
- Initiate or assist with emergency response measures as needed.
- Collaborate with direct and ancillary patient care staff to deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.
- Document patient information, including vital signs, laboratory results, and treatment plans.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify patient learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum 9 months experience as a RN, with at least 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
