Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that guest accommodations are impeccably maintained. This position requires adherence to a meticulous cleaning regimen that aligns with both brand standards and health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Remove waste and soiled linens from all areas, including public spaces and guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, public areas, and storage closets.
  • Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies, including sanitizing agents and cleaning tools.
  • Refill chemical containers as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness satisfaction across all guest areas and touchpoints.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Follow cleaning protocols in accordance with health standards and brand requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on courteous and attentive service.
