Job Overview: Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a skilled Medical Therapy Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing physical therapy services and working with patients to maintain and restore function.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000 per year

Responsibilities: As a Medical Therapy Associate, you will be responsible for executing plans and implementing prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. This includes reviewing patient medical records, verifying doctor's orders, and maintaining active/up to date MD prescriptions. You will also communicate with supervisors regarding patient progress, confer with physicians and other healthcare practitioners, and write specific documentation detailing patient needs and progress.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant school and be licensed to practice physical therapy in New York State. You should also have knowledge of ambulatory aides and therapeutic exercises, as well as good written-verbal communication skills and computer literacy. Additionally, you must be able to travel as assigned to sites in the boroughs in the Healthcare Centers, day programs or residential sites.
