The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our esteemed hotel. Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless check-in and check-out processes of our guests, ensuring that every interaction is courteous and efficient. Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to creating memorable stays for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests.
- Handle payment processing in accordance with hotel standards.
- Provide prompt resolutions to guest inquiries, problems, or complaints.
- Maintain communication with various departments to ensure VIP arrivals and special requests are met.
- Input guest requests into the response system accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate work orders and ensure timely completion by the appropriate departments.
- Document and confirm reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Assist in maintaining the security of guest information and property.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in English being essential. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. You should demonstrate a friendly demeanor and be able to manage guest relations effectively, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
