Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for an operation within a division to achieve results identified by the Corporations WIN Strategy and division/business unit Strategy Deployment goals.
  • Leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provides leadership for operation employees.
  • Coordinates cross-functional activities that may include any or all of the following: Sales & Marketing, Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, Inventory Control and Production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
  • Minimum seven years operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus.
