Overview:

Together Women's Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join their growing medical team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for every patient interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain patient health history and accurately enter into Electronic Medical Record
  • Prepare exam rooms for patient visits to ensure cleanliness
  • Perform preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals
  • Set up diagnostic and/or treatment equipment
  • Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed
  • Complete documentation pertaining to patient medical records, test requests, medications, and patient education with accuracy and timeliness
  • May perform Scribe duties
  • Assist physicians as directed
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) is preferred
  • 1+ years in a medical office
  • Experience with EMR system(s) and medical terminology is required
  • Previous experience at an OBGYN office is preferred
