Clean Energy Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team at Cadmus, LLC. As a Clean Energy Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our federal government client in achieving ambitious climate and clean energy goals.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the administration of federal grants funding decarbonization strategies, including building energy efficiency and electrification, renewable energy technology deployment, sustainable transportation, stakeholder engagement, material development, and outreach.
- Provide program administration, financial tracking, technical, communications, and policy review and analysis support throughout the entire grants management lifecycle, from application review to grant closeout.
- Work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of programmatic support and control systems, including data management and analysis.
- Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data, using a variety of computer programs to compile information and ensure all applicable data is stored and available for use.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, or a related discipline.
- Five years of relevant experience, with a master's degree in a related discipline may substitute for two years of experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to self-edit and quality-check all work.
- Able to pass a U.S. federal government background check and public trust clearance process, with U.S. Citizenship required.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $75,000, with the actual salary determined by relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
