Executive Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our team in McLean, Virginia. In this role, you will provide administrative support to multiple executives, manage complex schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities* Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences* Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner using Capital One systems* Drive key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies, and social events)* Prepare professional business communication documents, including memos, letters, and emails* Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization* Participate in general administrative duties (copying), distributing mail, ad-hoc projects, committees, and/or group events* Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification* At least 2 years of administrative experience* At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Experience working in a fast-paced environment* Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience* Comprehensive health insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Professional development opportunities* And more
