Operations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Oversee all aspects of the operation, including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards
  • Provide direction to the management team and ensure staff performance meets high standards
  • Promote positive employee relations and uphold operational standards
  • Monitor online reviews to ensure a consistently high guest experience
Financials
  • Drive sales through effective execution of company marketing strategies
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for inventory control and labor budgets

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in hospitality, preferably in theme parks, family entertainment centers, or similar industries
  • 3+ years of experience in facility operations and management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop team members and achieve expected store financial results
  • Professional, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and enthusiasm for the business
