Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing a team of Financial Solutions Advisors in the South Puget Sound region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with experience in managing and coaching a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing local strategies to drive business growth and deepen client relationships
  • Managing sales teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Managing expenses and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions to drive business results.
