Job Title: Clinical Care Partner

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Partner to join our Emergency Services team.

About the Role:

This is a regular full-time position working days. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, supervised by a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, while also maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Assists patients with mobility and transfers, as needed.
  • Maintains a clean and organized environment, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems.
