Job Title: Clinical Care Partner

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Partner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, working closely with Registered Nurses to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct patient care services, adhering to patient plans of care and supervised by Registered Nurses.
  • May require flexibility in hours to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilizes basic computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Stays up-to-date with medical terminology and departmental equipment to provide safe and effective care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
  • Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association.
  • Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a dynamic environment.
