Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy to ensure quality service is provided to clients and project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and sell Integrated Pest Management Services in assigned regional territory
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain excellent customer relations with existing clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation
  • Assist the Sales Team in executing sales strategy and achieving sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Pest Management and/or Food Industry related sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record in cold-calling accounts for a service or intangible sale
  • Familiarity with IPM, fumigation, and pest control industry
  • Extensive knowledge and experience related to marketing and sales management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both with internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Effective conflict-resolution skills
  • Willingness to cover geographic territory encompassing several states

Requirements for the Job
