Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, product innovation, or development within the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in the pet sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Nielsen and Stackline is preferred.
  • A proven history of successfully leading new product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from market data.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
