KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead project teams effectively.

- Design functional specifications that integrate business requirements with system capabilities.
- Establish and execute quality testing processes, specifications, and requirements for engineering teams.
- Develop and uphold system guidelines to enhance customer solutions.
- Plan for risk mitigation.
- Conduct system evaluations, generating reports that highlight efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between the Product Manager and engineering teams.
- Oversee workflow for engineering personnel.
- Maintain compliance with the Bank's regulatory requirements and risk management policies in daily operations.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service in accordance with organizational standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on lending processes and/or solutions, is required.
Experience with DecisionLender and/or Encompass loan origination systems is essential.
WORK SCHEDULE
Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work may be necessary to manage upgrades and fixes.
