About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Center for Refugee Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting the health and well-being of our refugee patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and service, promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
  • Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal, from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols.
  • Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete documentation using computerized medical record processes.
  • Prepare clinical areas, ensuring they are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.
