About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Associate Manager, City Marketing to join our team at Bumble. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building Bumble's brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with our brand values and product roadmap.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute key events, including IRL events, Singles Nights, Run Clubs, sponsorship events, and experiential pop-ups.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive awareness for Bumble and establish clear goals for every event.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR/Comms, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Studio, Social, Talent and Influencer.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Bumble's City Marketing, including budget management, opportunity vetting, and contract development.
  • Develop post-activity follow-ups and recaps, gathering reports, collating photos, and retargeting.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with 3+ years of professional experience in marketing-related fields, with a strong pulse on cultural zeitgeist and connection to culture in large US cities. You should be able to localize a marketing strategy to hit or exceed KPIs, with excellent business operations management skills, including updating, creating, and streamlining processes to drive efficiencies.

You should be a self-starter, thriving on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are a must, with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach.

What We Offer

Bumble offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $85,000 per year, with opportunities for short- and long-term incentive programs. Our benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and an Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
