About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Associate Manager, City Marketing to join our team at Bumble. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building Bumble's brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with our brand values and product roadmap.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute key events, including IRL events, Singles Nights, Run Clubs, sponsorship events, and experiential pop-ups.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive awareness and engagement for Bumble.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR/Comms, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Studio, Social, Talent and Influencer.
  • Manage budgets, track trends, and provide recommendations on how to optimize City Marketing efforts.
  • Develop post-activity follow-ups and recaps, gathering reports, collating photos, and retargeting.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing-related fields, with a strong focus on event execution, content marketing, social media marketing, and ambassador marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data to drive actionable insights and develop marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of cultural trends and connections to large US cities, with a wide network.
  • Excellent business operations management skills, including updating, creating, and streamlining processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to teamwork.
