Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Electrical Safety Specialist to join our team at The Tri-M Group, LLC. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for conducting job site safety inspections, identifying and resolving hazardous or potentially hazardous situations, and supporting the safety needs of our High Voltage and EnerG Test Divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular job site safety inspections and address site conditions as required.
  • Identify, document, and recommend solutions for hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Director to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct incident investigations and recommend preventative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments, standards, and trends in the High Voltage and Testing industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the High Voltage Electrical Trade.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training employees.
  • Strong knowledge of the NEC and Utility Standards.
  • OSHA 10hr or 30hr Card (OSHA 30hr Card preferred).
  • First Aid, CPR, AED Certification preferred.
  • Ability to recognize hazards and recommend corrective action.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Valid passenger driver's license.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task various job responsibilities simultaneously.
