Production Quality Control Specialist

Job Overview: Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Production Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process
  • Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Audit equipment such as container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations
  • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits to identify and isolate product that does not meet standards
  • Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process to ensure quality and purity

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years prior production/manufacturing or lab technician experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to read, write, and keep record
  • Good computer skills including literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials
