About the Role
A Product Quality Manager is needed at AMSOIL to lead quality control procedures, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with production teams. The ideal candidate has process focus, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop quality assurance plans and inspection criteria for manufactured products. Identify nonconformities, document defects, and collaborate with production teams. Establish inspection criteria for incoming materials and work with suppliers. Maintain accurate quality documentation and prepare quality reports. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements. Participate in initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field. Five years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing. Preferred certification in Quality Assurance. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement techniques. Estimated salary: $58,800 - $83,400 per year.
