Position Overview:
Stevenson Consulting, a well-established engineering consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated Construction Operations Supervisor to enhance our project management team.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of the branch office.
- Provide support to field personnel in construction testing and inspections.
- Develop and implement quality control programs for construction projects.
- Engage in business development efforts, including cost estimation and proposal writing.
- Recruit and nurture professional, technical, and administrative staff.
- Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
- Manage projects with full Profit & Loss accountability.
- Assist with invoicing and collection processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
