Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Chief of Gastroenterology to lead our gastroenterology services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, providing clinical and administrative leadership to our team of 8 MDs and 3 PAs, and driving quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our gastroenterology services
- Develop and implement department-wide protocols to improve patient care and outcomes
- Identify and address clinical process improvement areas and opportunities for quality initiatives
- Collaborate with our teaching affiliate, Harvard Medical School, to provide resident and medical student teaching
- Participate in the development and implementation of our strategic plan to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Board certification in Gastroenterology
- Leadership experience in a gastroenterology department or service line
- Strong clinical and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
