Key Responsibilities:
- Support the estimating process as instructed, which includes participating in pre-bid meetings, conducting quantity take-offs, and soliciting sub-bids.
- Submit weekly reports detailing installed quantities for productivity tracking on self-performed projects.
- Familiarize yourself with all pertinent project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and statements of work.
- Manage document control processes, including drawing logs, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Prepare and submit necessary submittal packages along with shop drawings for approval, while maintaining an updated submittal log.
- Ensure compliance of submittals with project specifications prior to submission.
- Compile and maintain a project punch list or issues matrix.
- Review weekly productivity reports with the Project Manager and Superintendent to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers in alignment with the project schedule.
- Support the project team with onsite material acquisitions as required.
- Help the project team with all necessary documentation, including daily pre-task reports, man-hour tracking, meeting agendas, and other client-specific requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for any additional work undertaken.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to finalize 'As Built' drawings.
- Aid the Project Manager and Superintendent in fulfilling project closeout requirements.
- Work with onsite safety personnel as needed.
- Plan proactively in accordance with the project timeline.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Assist with all project closeout requirements.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera is essential.
- Familiarity with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to follow directions and comprehend plans and specifications is required.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks is essential.
- Knowledge of construction practices and scheduling techniques is important.
- OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.

Required Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is mandatory.
