  • Proper Handling: Safely carry, stack, store, and clean kitchenware to prevent breakage.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy work area and promptly address any spills.
  • Positive Environment: Contribute to a positive and productive atmosphere for all team members by maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Respectful Interaction: Demonstrate courtesy and respect towards all team members, including FOH, BOH, and management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen as a prep or line cook.
  • Effective communication skills with kitchen team members and management.
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop as required.
  • Capability to stand and work effectively for up to 10 hours daily.
  • Able to safely lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
